Gratitude Journal

Keeping a gratitude journal would take a priority starting today. Some people say that it serves as stress reliever. It is considered a form of meditation. There are a lot of things to be thankful for so we could always fill the pages of our journal. Daily provisions are more than enough. On the other hand, whining or complaining would do us more harm than good. So let’s keep counting our blessings.
